Miss LaTreace was the nurse who released me from the hospital. During the time she took care of me, she was such a beautiful, helpful, and loving nurse. She made sure I had what I needed for home.
One thing that she always did was that when you called her, she was right there to check on you and take care of you. That's a great nurse. She's a wonderful person in general.
When getting my discharge papers and IV's out, she was so caring, and I felt I could ask her anything and she would be able to answer and help me with it. You all here at Audubon have an amazing person in Miss LaTreace. Her pleasant smile and dedication to her job are what all the nurses need. This young lady is a beautiful DAISY!

My husband had surgery, and we were supposed to go home, but he had bleeding and had to stay. I have never left my husband. So after the second day of being told he had to stay, we were down.
In walks this nurse. I will never forget her black-rimmed glasses and the biggest heart you ever met. I felt like I met a special friend. She was a number one, top-notch nurse. She always came by to ask if my husband was okay and if I needed anything. She would explain if something was too high or too low. She shows care and love for all.
I will keep her in my prayers. She made our stay the best it could be. This family will never forget her and her extraordinary care.

She is very thorough with knowledge transfer to the next nurse at shift change. As a patient, this makes you feel very confident and secure.
