Wow is all that I can think of to express how I was treated. Latrina made me feel so welcome that my mind was not on the fact that I was sick. I felt 100% better spiritually and emotionally. I was treated with kindness and compassion, which are things that cannot be taught. They come naturally. Being in the ICU is a scary feeling, yet I did not feel like this at all. I was able to relax and not panic at my situation. She provided me with anything that I needed. She came to check on me without me having to push the call button. I honestly felt comfortable here, as if I were at home, which allowed me to focus on getting well and not stress about my environment. Any questions that I had, if she could not answer it, she stopped and looked it up, which was a relief. I am so glad that I was able to be under her care if not given the state I was in I would have been a nervous wreck. You should be proud to say that you have people like Latrina Mooney on your staff. She is one of a kind. I was moved from the 8th floor to the 7th floor, and yes, I was happy to be out of the ICU, yet I wish I could have brought her with me. When you train your employees, you should use her as your guideline, and the hospital will be awesome. She is # number one, # the best ever, # sunshine on a cloudy day. Thank you.
