I would like to thank Laura for the care and support she gave me. When I came to cardio rehab, I was a mess. No energy, my family's happiness was very low, and my health was bad. I didn’t understand how this program was going to help me. Laura turned my life around, and my family's happiness is so great now. My health is great. I’m more energetic because of her support helping me take better care of myself. Because of her, I lost a lot of weight, changed my diet, kept fit, and stuck to a heart-healthy plan.
