Laura B Stein, RN

Laura was nominated for consistently going above and beyond for her patients. She came in on her day off to catheterize a pediatric patient after being notified that staff were not comfortable performing this procedure. She spends tireless hours advocating for needed medications for her patients and locating medical equipment necessary for home care.

She was also acknowledged for always being available to her colleagues. She patiently teaches, guides, and serves as a resource to them. She has a servant spirit and demonstrates everything the DAISY Foundation represents.
