Laura is always pleasant with a smile. She is always willing to help out her coworkers, and goes out of her way for her patients. Laure is a key asset to the unit and it is always a good day when she is here. She makes working fun, and even on the busiest days when things are getting a little "hairy" she helps hold everyone together and we get the job done. She makes the time to help everyone out on the unit. Laura is excellent resource for nurses on the unit, especially for the new employees, including the PCTs. She stays over to make sure the other nurses are getting done and out on time. Laura is what I want to be like every day when I am taking care of my patients.
