Professor Berryman was unanimously chosen by her entire NR 341 Critical Care class who stated that she went above and beyond in the classroom; She tied classroom learning to real life critical care scenarios; She made learning fun and down to earth.
Professor Laura Berryman continued to practice as an ED and Critical Care Clinical Nurse Specialist during the time that she taught the Critical Care class and therefore was relevant with her content and her ability to break down information for students in a way that they could easily grasp and understand the material. She was "our favorite teacher" at Chamberlain University, Irving Campus. 
Professor Berryman truly cared about us and we were successful in her class because she made certain that we learned the material.
