Laura took care of our baby a couple of days after he was born at 27 weeks for 2-3 days. We were so sad and scared about everything that was happening. Our baby was so small and helpless we couldn't even touch him because that could hurt him. But Laura gave us peace, that peace we were looking for. She talked to our son and he just looked at her like he knew what she was telling him. When she was around, our son was so happy, so quiet, he was "in love" with her! She explained everything to us. She was just unique, so smiley, so happy, so special with him. She is the type of nurse who loves what she does. She kept in touch with our baby no matter what. She visited him and left us notes on the board and when she saw us, she asked for him and let us know how proud she was with his progress. I really appreciated her! I think that she has a special touch with my baby and we are sure she has that touch with every baby she takes care of. Every parent and baby needs a nurse like Laura. God bless her in so many ways for what she did for our little miracle.
