Laura was an excellent nurse. Her kind, peaceful and funny manner made my grandma feel comfortable in the stressful situation she was having. She took time with my grandma and listened carefully to any concerns or questions she had. She was very thorough in explaining what medicines she was giving her and what the parameters were on each one. She sincerely cares about the outcome of her patients and does everything she can to comfort and supply the care they need. The perfect example of a real nurse!
