I came to women's center with what I thought was going to be a routine issue, but it turned out to be something much more in scope and related problems. Subsequently, I had to have an ultrasound, MRI, labs, repeat labs, tests, referrals, and ongoing health problems while waiting for all of these events to happen. Nurse Brown has been with me every step of the way. She responds same day, coordinates with the provider, and shows (massive amounts) of empathy for what I am going through. Every time I reach out to her, I know she's going to be on it. Thank you for caring so much.
