I overheard Laura talking about a patient she cared for who lost all her belongings in a fire. She felt so bad that she had to go through this so she brought in books, shoes, clothes, bath stuff, and toys for this family (particularly the five-year-old of this mom) who was living at the Ronald McDonald House while caring for her newborn twins. This is a selfless and compassionate nurse. Laura cares about her patients and their families.
