Laura was a fantastic, highly-skilled nurse. The extraordinary things which I appreciated were her happy, loving attitude and the extra personal touches she did - so I felt not only cared for but cared about. Each time she had to administer meds, check vitals, or complete any nursing task, she put me first at ease explaining what had to be done. She not only helped resolve my health, but she also restored my hope.
