Laura was very attentive to my needs. She asked questions to get to know me.
Nurse Laura was so loving and welcoming since the moment we got there. She was very attentive to my needs. She asked questions to get to know me. She shared stories of personal experiences with me. She suggested for my husband and me to take a cute picture of us kissing with our masks on and she took the picture of us. We totally did. She was so warm and kind. She reminded me of a friend I have in the way she looked, talked, and acted, and it felt like my friend was there with me the entire time. I felt like I’ve known Laura for years! Because of her, I have had the best delivery experience out of all of my three deliveries. She is an exceptional person and nurse!
