During one of the most difficult times in my life, Laura was not only professional but compassionate. When my husband was in the ICU with multiple PEs, Laura was very patient and understanding as I vacillated between DNR/DNI status. She allowed me to talk things out with her and that helped me to make the correct decision for my husband and our family. Having someone who would listen, without judgment, as I talked everything out, was very helpful!
