Hospice nurses are a notch above the rest, but Laura makes the difference. Not only did she exceptionally and meticulously care for my mother, she applied these skills to my family as well. She lovingly acted as a teacher to us in explaining my mother's conditions, and unselfishly gave of herself as she recited some of her own similar personal experiences which, in turn, gave us the inspirations on how to cope with our situation.

Laura enthusiastically supports all health care providers in her unit and demonstrates exceptional courage and devotion in her nursing. Laura also proudly exhibits compassion, professionalism and a humanitarian spirit in all lines of her work. Her personal touch helped my entire family look back on what could have been a horrific situation in a complete different light. Because of Laura's personal touch, we can lovingly reflect on our experience as we remember how she soothed the minds, bodies and souls of all.
