Laura was amazing! From our first contact, when she introduced herself as my husband's nurse, to her saying "goodbye" to us as we left the hospital, Laura was caring, knowledgeable and friendly. I immediately got the impression that Laura was an excellent nurse; she knew what she was doing. That inspires confidence. She answered all our questions fully, even though she'd probably heard those same questions a million times. We appreciate Laura's patience and desire to be helpful. When we were getting ready to leave, Laura said to him "Thank you for your military service." Those simple words touched my heart and meant so much to my husband, a Vietnam Veteran.
