I checked myself into the Emergency Room because I was having severe head pain and memory problems. Due to my stubborn nature, I refused to believe that there was really anything wrong with me other than perhaps a bad migraine, headache, etc. I ended up walking out of the ER refusing to believe that I needed to be treated. What I didn't know at the time was that a CT and/or an MRI showed that there was a mass on my brain that was causing all of my problems. A few days later they removed the mass from my brain, and it was in fact cancerous. Now I am undergoing chemo and radiation treatments to prolong my life. I've been told I have at best 24 months to live with this kind of cancer.
After I left the ER, Ms. Frasier called me to let me know the seriousness of my situation, and urgently encouraged me to go back to the ER for further medical treatment, which I did. There is no telling what might have happened had she not been so persistent that I get medical attention when I did. I feel as though she saved my life. I couldn't be more grateful to her and Doctors Hospital. She definitely went above and beyond the call of duty and I appreciate her so very much.
I sincerely hope that your staff members at Doctors Hospital really appreciate Nurse Frasier for being an excellent employee and someone to follow and look up to. She is definitely one of a kind and special individual. She is remarkable and I appreciate her very much.
