Every night that I have the pleasure of working with Laura, I feel a sense of ease in knowing my patients will be treated with utmost professionalism, dignity, kindness, and respect. That is the kind of Nurse Practitioner Laura is. I don't believe I have ever seen her have a bad day. She is always pleasant and treats the RNs as her equal. On top of that, she is also a wonderful educator. When giving the RNs orders, she explains what she is doing and why. She makes us all feel so involved in our patient's care, as well as helping us to expand our own knowledge base. Laura has inspired me to one day further my education and be able to treat my patients in the way she does. She is truly the definition of a nurse going above and beyond the call of duty to save lives and touch souls.
