Laura was my overnight nurse pulled from another floor. I feel that she went above and beyond her duties all night. I have not slept well in months. Laura gave me my prescribed meds and had a sweet, caring reassuring disposition. I think her caring and positive attitude went a long way in helping me get my first night of sleep in four days. She worked as the RN and CAN for me on this shift. She earned her pay and my praise. Every time she entered my room she had that sweet, caring disposition. I asked lots of questions and probably told her way too many personal stories, sharing my information with her. She never once showed any sign of frustration or acted like I was wasting her time. I feel very fortunate that Laura was my nurse last night!
