I would like to compliment Laura for going above and beyond her duties. Words can't explain how special she made me feel and the excellent care that she gave to me. She was so attentive to my needs, every time I called she came to my room in a timely manner and always with a smile and in a good spirit. She explained to me everything that was going on with my care including but not limited to all the medication I was taking. She was professional and friendly. I am a sick person and needed nurses with a happy face (at all times) and a friendly attitude. Hialeah Hospital has made a difference and would like to congratulate all of its personnel on the 6th floor, especially Laura.
