Laura Grigsby, RN

Laura is such a kind and compassionate nurse. She pours her heart and soul into the care she provides to her tiny patients. She has decades worth of experience and consistently advocates for the unit, her peers, her patients, and the nursing profession! I have witnessed her caring for a very critical infant and she was so kind and gentle with the parents, keeping them updated with changes/updates and answering all of their questions during their difficult situation.

During our NICU stay with our baby, Laura never left his side. She made sure he was well taken care of and on top of his health needs and changes. She eased our concerns throughout a tough time. Seeing her constantly checking on our baby showed how much compassion, dedication, and sympathy she had. She was a sense of relief in a moment where we felt unsure.
