Laura Hauersperger, RN

Laura is a perfect example of how a nurse can completely elevate a patient (and family) experience! Her care, attention, and friendliness are all well above expectations. She had an extraordinary ability to know what my father needed, and to take extra time with him to provide for his needs. Her knowledge of his condition, how to treat him, explanation of his care plan, and willingness to explain in-depth the next steps with the family were so appreciated by all. She is exceptional!
