I was a patient in the Emergency department. Laura not only made me feel comfortable, but I felt like I was at home. I had all the creature comforts she could find for me. And she made a scary and painful time more tolerable because of her kindness and compassion. It almost seemed like she was one step ahead of my needs and she is really smart as well. She would listen when I had a question and take the time to give me her full attention. Laura was a warm and caring person. I wish I could take her with me.
