Being an anxious person, typically a bad patient, she immediately set me at ease. Staffing with people like Laura is one of the great assets to you at CHI Bergan Hospital. is definitely an extraordinary nurse.

You have been very, very good with my sister! You always answer call lights in a timely manner. You were so knowledgeable about all her medications and procedures. You always answered the call lights so fast.

Medical journeys are never fun. I was transported to my room after my ablation procedure and happily greeted by Laura. Laura was exactly the nurse I needed. She was caring and conversational while also being upfront about what to expect. On my next morning, I was so thankful when Laura was back assigned to me. She helped me feel reassured and comfortable. Luckily, I was able to be released that morning and Laura could walk me to my car. Simple kindness, caring, and compassion go a long way! Laura was exactly the nurse I needed! Not that I ever want to come back, but if I do I hope it’s on Laura’s floor.
