I want to thank Lorena for her kindness and care she gave my mother one evening. My mother was confused and scared. She was seeing insects in her bed and would scream out and try to get out of bed. Lorena went in my mother's room right away. My mother's version was that there was a large butterfly/bug that was stuck on her arm. (IV Site). My mother was pulling at the IV to get the bug off. My mother said Lorena told her she would take care of it. She wrapped it up and later unwrapped it, and the bug was gone. Lorena told my mother, "I have done this before, and it has worked." My mother was very trusting of Lorena, and she settled down. I know that Lorena showed my mother compassion and kindness.
