Throughout this pandemic, Laura has been a godsend for our unit and to the whole hospital. She is fairly new in her position and walked into COVID-19. She has assisted us every step of the way trying to figure out new policies and protocols involving COVID. She walks around all units educating and reassuring staff when needs arise. When problems come up, especially at the beginning of COVID, she and I would spend so much time problem-solving. She wants the best for our patients and for our staff as well. She's doing a wonderful job and I appreciate her very much.
