When I first encountered Laura, she walked in with a smile to introduce herself. That smile resumed during the two shifts she cared for me. She would greet me every morning and say goodnight at the end of her shift. She brought the 7pm-7am nurse to meet me. I have been an ARMC in-patient only twice but I consider Laura the best RN that I've had the pleasure of being my nurse. She made me feel special and I'll never forget her.
