Laura took the time to get to know us on a personal level. She was always on the ball when we asked for help; she was the best nurse we have ever had. She kept us up to date on everything and never left us hanging. She was good about helping us understand care for the baby's health. We wish there was more nurses out there like her; you can tell she loves her job of helping families get off on the right foot.
