Laura Mathias, RN

Laura exemplified all the qualities that exceeded my expectations. Not only did she administer medications timely, but she also advocated for me when I needed additional medications, took extra time to really listen to my questions, answered all questions, explained the medications, and treated my wife and me with sincere empathy. Her demeanor was charming and personal, with her being totally attentive and never disengaged. In fact, when her shift ended, she came in to say goodbye and even hugged my wife! She is the epitome of what a nurse should be.
