Laura stayed after her shift was done to assist my son, who was going to have to undergo an extremely painful and traumatizing procedure. She was there every moment and did not leave until it was all over and my son was cleaned up and back in bed. My son is a non-verbal, severely autistic child.She showed such compassion and empathy for our situation. We just loved her.
