There have been many times where Laura has not only met my needs by anticipated them before I'd even thought of them. She continues to go above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable as possible. She's offered me slipper socks when I was getting up and around so my feet weren't cold/wouldn't fall and even put them on for me. This is just one of the many times she's gone out of her way. She has also reassured me emotionally as I've had questions about my preterm labor and/or premature baby. She asked a NICU professional to come to answer my questions and she's even taken forms down to River Oaks for me. Laura is a blessing and I'm so glad she was assigned to take care of me.
