I brought my mom to the ER with dizziness and shortness of breath. Laura was her nurse. She was kind, compassionate, and very caring. She treated my mom with dignity and respect. She had diarrhea not once or twice but three times. She was so kind each time she cleaned her up and changed her bedding. She did NOT have to lay in feces for hours while she was in the ER. My mom is 90 years old and is still very conscious of her appearance. Laura not only took care of her physical needs but also her emotional and mental needs. She is the perfect example of the definition of a nurse.
