Laura truly listened to what I needed, repeated it back to me and acknowledged that my concerns were being heard and communicated to my doctor, my valid concerns!
I honestly wouldn't have been able to try getting my brain scan after the first attempt resulted in a panic attack and some embarrassing moments (bladder control).
She showed compassion by recognizing my claustrophobia and helping through an impossible situation or what seemed to me to be insurmountable.
Laura is a beautiful, caring individual inside and out. She represents nurses everywhere as well as Bayshore Hospital positively and in all the BEST possible ways. I honestly see great things in her future.
Thank you, Laura. For caring for me and making my stay comfortable.

Laura has the ability to make my stay here to feel at home. She's always in a good mood! She's constantly checking on me and making sure I got everything I need, keeps me updated with any procedures or medication and most importantly I like the fact that she interacts with (me) the patient. So, overall I give her starts. She's a sweet, charming, caring person.
