Laura's dedication to her team and the organization is incredibly outstanding. She is always available to anyone who needs anything by phone or e-mail. Laura "champions" any project to benefit TM's, patients, or families. She truly lives the "values". She is always finding ways to team build. For example, cooking on holidays, arranging parties for the team, mission basket, nurses week, guess the number of candy game, door decoration contest, and she will always go home and bake for an event with little notice. She always strives to please anyone entering the Nursing Administration office with any kind of need or issue. I appreciate her unending dedication to our team and the organization.
