Everything that Laura does is caring and compassionate and done very well. From the first moment I met her, I knew that I would be taken care of and everything would be all right. She took the time to listen and help me with my pain, worries, and needs. She is truly a blessing and has made me feel better. She also took the time to research and learn about an unusual procedure I was going to have. She was persistent in helping to ensure my heart cath was working correctly.
