This last hospitalization, when she ended up passing away, was one of the hardest days of my life so far. I cannot express enough how kind, understanding and supportive the nursing staff was to me. I have not forgotten that and how Laura walked me through the final moments with calm support, care, concern and tried to make an unbearable situation easier. That has and will remain with me.
