Laura was my husband's nurse when the doctor did Botox throat surgery. Laura was very businesslike but very bubbly and friendly. I don't know if the doctor did something different or if Laura taking time to wake M up is what helped his throat last this long. Probably a combination. M has trouble waking up. In the past surgeries some nurses would pop in and out, but let me mostly wake him up. Laura popped in and out, but she would talk to M, laugh, and tease him about the cars he built, et cetera. M was more awake and in good spirits and then in good spirits when he left. Don't get me wrong, M has had some excellent nurses, but Laura is really exceptional. She is in the perfect occupation. I'm sure she puts smiles on a lot of people's faces. If I could request a nurse for M's future surgeries, I would request Laura. Keep up the good work.
