Laura taught one of my patients the VGO device for insulin use. The patient had some anxiety and was having a hard time remembering instructions. Laura consistently called the patient for almost one week, after hours, on her own time to walk her through the process and check in on her. Due to Laura's kindness and persistence, the patient excelled! Laura is an asset to the Diabetes Education world, and we are so lucky to have her.
