Liz (Laura) created numerous pictures (works of art) and decorated the SCU unit with them. She then made a scavenger hunt using the picture art to encourage post-op patients to get out of bed and move to prevent post-op complications. The artwork is made of used vial caps on mini canvasses. They are pictures of animals, colorful and beautiful. This was definitely above and beyond her job as a Registered Nurse.
