Laura Turley has been one of the primary nurses taking care of a patient who has been in our unit since February. Laura has really gone above and beyond with her care for this patient. Laura makes sure she has her nails painted, hair done, and even clothes washed. She brings in food from home for her, so she has something new to eat, like strawberries or baked bread. Laura is even planning a date night for the patient and her boyfriend.
Laura's care is always exceptional, but she has really gone above and beyond for this girl in so many ways. It's like her own family is in the room! What an exceptional nurse.
