I arrived at Laredo Medical Center due to a stroke. I was placed in 2D where I was met by this great nurse named Laura. She has given me great support. She is kind and a very sweet person. She is also very attentive to her patients. Laura treated me with great respect. She is a nurse any medical center would like to have. She made my stay here very pleasant.
Laura was always available when I needed her, and I'm certain she does the same for other patients. Laura has great customer service skills. Laredo Medical Center should be very proud to have her as a nurse. By the way, all of the other nurses were great, but Laura stood out.
