I have been hospitalized 14 days and could not eat or drink and had a tube in my nose that went all the way down to my stomach. I was in a lot of discomfort and pain and also had lots of anxiety and frustration and Laura was very considerate, very gentle and attentive. On the 13th day of my admission, my arms were swollen and tight from all the times they had poked me to insert the needles and they kept poking me trying to find a good usable vein. My skin has gotten tender and sensitive and she suggested to let my arms rest a bit. She also requested for a specialist to come to find a good vein in my arm. They were very gentle. She has been beyond considerate she always brought my medicine on time, she's been gentle and has cared for me like family.
