We were especially impressed with Laurie Villotta. Her leadership skills with other employees and her expertise as a former hospice nurse were evident in her knowledge and sensitivity. The assistance Laurie gave to him was awesome, constant, never wavering from what was best for his comfort! She recognized the symptoms of impending death, helping our family accept and prepare for saying goodbye to our loved one. Her ability to help us endure his end of life hours was invaluable and our family will be ever grateful! Thanks to Laurie and all of the team at Methodist!
