Laura showed excellent professionalism and care for me while I was in the CVU. From the beginning when I arrived, she took charge of my care as a very knowledgeable nurse caring for me and informing my husband of what is going on. From start to finish she cared for all aspects of my care. She also helped the other staff in duties of care for me and the patient in the next bed. She made everyone in the room know she is there for us and will help in any way she can to make mine and my husband's stay there comfortable and informed. Everyone there did a wonderful job in caring for me, however, Laura did an exemplary job overall and I would like to show our appreciation to her in this manner. Thank you, Laura.
