The nurse I am thinking has no children of her own. She treats each patient with the same love, dedication, and patience a mother would show their child. She also treats the parents with the same kindness and empathy. She goes out of her way to do ANYTHING she can to help you, so when she asks is there anything else "I can do to help?' DO NOT be afraid to tell her exactly what it is that you need. She will go out of her way to do it. She is not judgmental at all. Laura is currently going to college to get her master’s degree. She was originally inspired by her aunts growing up because they were also nurses. Laura has very good timing. She allows the parents to help as much as they can and if you need to step away, she tells you to take as much time as you need. One day she wants to have children of her own and teach them (either boy or girl) how to be a nurse so they can keep making a difference one patient at a time.
