I am writing this email to communicate an exceptional service from Laura. She has been caring for my mom in the ICU at United Hospital. My family and I are very grateful for the wonderful job that she did, especially during this pandemic time. She follows up in the beginning and at the end of each shift. She went above and beyond in her role as a Registered Nurse. She dedicated more of her time, effort, and patience to deliver outstanding and warm care to my mother. She cared for my mother not as a patient, but as a precious human being, which was noticed by all of my family members. She was respectful, professional, and clear with her communication, culturally sensitive, and patient with all of us.
