As a patient at Rancho Los Amigos, I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude and appreciation for the exceptional care I received from your staff. However, there is one RN who truly went above and beyond—the extraordinary Ms. Grodner. She most certainly deserves a DAISY Award. Ms. Grodner embodies the finest qualities of kindness, respect, care, and compassion, all while maintaining the highest level of professionalism. She consistently takes charge of her responsibilities, never shifting the burden onto others. I felt secure and comfortable knowing she had my back, and she never made me feel like a burden or a troublemaker. Her presence as my RN truly made my day. Ms. Grodner showed genuine empathy for my health situation, and I felt blessed to have her caring for me. Thanks to her dedication and excellent care, I was discharged earlier than expected. I am so grateful that Ms. Grodner was there for me, as it allowed me the opportunity to say my farewells and receive all the necessary information regarding strokes, heart attacks, and my medications. I loved my time at Rancho Los Amigos, and I feel so wonderful today because of the care I received. Please extend my deepest gratitude to Ms. Grodner for her outstanding service. Thank you very much.
