Laurie is a very special person and an amazing nurse. She has shown compassion to others above and beyond what most people do. I have seen her hold the hand of a dying patient, say a prayer with them, sing to them and even lay beside them when they ask. She brings baked goodies to all of the residents that she herself makes. She shows love and respect and works harder than anyone I've witnessed before. Laurie has worked here at Fox Nursing Home for over 30 years! Many call her their "Little Angel". I have worked with Laurie for almost 15 years and she has inspired me to be a better person and a better nurse. She is a true DAISY Nurse.
