Laurel took care of my grandmother during her recent stay on the 5th-floor inpatient unit. As a nurse, I have very high standards about the kind of care I expect for my family. Laurel met every expectation. She was an excellent advocate, took the time to carefully explain all medications and procedures and was kind and compassionate. Laurel was also attentive to the needs of my grandmother and our family. Laurel is a phenomenal nurse! I am very thankful for the care she provided for my grandmother.
