Lauren showed me so much compassion. She was very prompt with my pain meds. When I called she came. She would make the shots as painless as possible. She would talk to me and treat me more like a person and friend than just a patient. She was also very good at explaining medications and what was going on. I would say Lauren is my favorite. She was wonderful. My experience here was as comfortable as anyone could be in the hospital. With that said I would like to thank everyone for the care I received here this week. Lauren really did make me feel the most comfortable. She made the Lovenox shot hurt as little as possible, came quickly when I called, and helped me when I started feeling anxious. She really is a wonderful nurse and deserves to be acknowledged for it. Thank you Lauren.
