Lauren Baker, RN

Lauren Baker had been working extra shifts while in the House Supervisor role. Med/Surg had a very high and acutely ill census. Lauren, in her HS role, decided to take a group of patients - reaching out for help was unsuccessful. This happened 2 shifts in a row and Lauren did so with initiative and ease. By watching Lauren during those shifts, I know that she is a great leader and role model. No matter what role you are in or what department you are in, don't be afraid to jump in and help your fellow nurses - Team Mosaic.
